Energy Transfer: Energy transfer is the ability to steal energy from one creature or person and give it to another. This relies again on the "battery" metaphor -- energy transfer drains "battery power" from one person and gives it to another, via some form of touch. Though the amounts of energy transferable are, by level, less than energy lending, the cost to the user is also less and enemies are effected, enabling users of this power to be a little more versatile. Energy stolen from one enemy but not yet given to an ally is stored within the energy transfer user, but cannot be accessed to fill their own "battery". It can, however, be used to fill another energy transfer user's "battery". Once given, the person who receives that energy can store it til they use it, even if it amounts to more than their usual (natural without aid) limit.
Level One: At level 1, energy transfer users can steal/give up to about 30% of a "battery"'s power in one go. Energy can only be taken or given via a kiss, though the kiss doesn't have to be on the lips -- as long as there is lips-to-skin contact, it works.
Level Two: At level 2, up to 75% of a "battery"'s power can be transferred via a kiss. However, any skin-to-skin touch at all can still steal/give 50%, so kisses aren't necessarily required.

Level Two
To reach level two, characters must meet the following criteria:
They must have been more active than base requirements for two months prior to their level up. This means you'll have to provide fifty comments of activity across at least five posts per month. Any proof that would apply for AC will be allowed here, so you can easily go check your last AC comments to grab some of the links!
At least three of the provided threads must be with non-castmates. Branching out is important for the growth of Asgard both ICly and OOCly, so insular characters will have a harder time gaining power.
For additional diversity, one of your five threads must be with someone your character has never threaded with before. This can be one of your cross-canon proofs or a new canonmate! In the case of a character you had previous CR with who has been dropped and picked up by a new mun, tagging that character for the first time under their new player does count as tagging someone new!

Level Two: Application
Level Three
To reach level three, characters must meet the following criteria:
An additional two months of heightened activity. Level three characters must have fifty comments across at least five posts for four months. The two months counted towards level two may be included. For example, if your character levels up to two in February using activity from December and January, they'll be eligible for level three in April, using February and March's activity.
Of the additional two months' activity, the same diversity rules apply. Characters still need to have three out of five of their threads cross-canon and one thread with someone new for the second two months. This adds up to a total of two hundred comments across at least twenty posts, with twelve cross-canon threads and four threads with characters you'd never threaded with before, all in a total of four months.
Significant development. This will be determined by way of a brief (250-500 word) "essay" from the mun. We want to know what the character's been doing ICly to help the city and to develop in the realms of CR and personal growth. We don't expect (nor want) anyone to take their characters to OOC lengths, but we do want to see that they've been a dynamic existence.
